Update Your Emergency Contact Info

Your Contact Info Is MISSING.

We had a situation this evening with a player and we couldn't reach the parents quickly because the parents phone number wasn't in their profile.  Even if you think it's in there please look. 

Please Update Your Contact Info in the Player Profile

In the case of an emergency Coaches and/or Team Parents need to be able to reach your player's primary contact and guardians quickly.  Follow these instructions on how to update your contact information using your mobile app.

Emergency Contact Info

Coaches and Team Parents have noticed that they aren't able to reach parents and guardians because the contact detail in the Player's Profile is missing or incomplete.  This is especially a problem when players become injured or sick during practice or at tournaments.  Please take the time to follow the instructions below on how to update your contact information as soon as possible. This applies to all parents and guardians.  


How to Edit a Sub Profile in My SportsEngine

To update sub-profile information:

  1. Sign in to your SportsEngine Account click your Profile Icon and select My SportsEngine from the menu.
  2. Click Household.
  3. Click the Profile Card of the profile you are updating.
  4. Click the Pencil Icon to edit this profile's information.
  5. Click Save.
